
ABOUT ME
My name is Michael Dunphy, creator of VizKid Analytics. I am currently a M.S. candidate in the Applied Political Analytics program at the University of Maryland. I recently graduated with a B.A. in Government and Politics and a B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science from the University of Maryland. I am a Data Visualization Consultant for NDTC and do freelance work with past clients including Greenpeace International and DataKind. I have an advanced understanding of data and statistics thanks to my roles as an analyst for multiple businesses and nonprofits, as well as my role as a 2020 and 2022 Student Ambassador for Tableau Software, the world's leading business intelligence platform. My focus is on helping organizations make informed, data driven decisions by making their data simple and easy to understand.
